I absolutely adored the historic charm of this hotel. The vintage cars and ornate carriages on display in the garden were a delightful touch. The classical decoration throughout the building, with its abundance of paintings, added a touch of elegance to the overall experience. Being a senior, I greatly appreciated the hotel's accessibility, from the valet parking service to the comfortable beds in the quiet rooms. It made my stay all the more enjoyable.
I would have loved to see some music playing in the terrace, creating a more lively ambience. Additionally, the bar could benefit from a softer lighting scheme to create a more inviting atmosphere.

The hotel is a seventeenth century palace that has been remodeled into an interesting mix of renovated old and ultra modern. It is beautifully done with antiques or replicas. the staff were all great in each capacity. The dining experience was my best dinner ever...rivaling some favorites in New York City, Chicago, and Las Vegas. We liked it so much the first night, we stayed another night and ate at the restaurant again. A bit pricey but worth it.

Perfect. From the booking to the check-out... One of my best "hotel" experience so far. We requested a baby bed through Booked.net. An hour after the confirmation we received an email from the "Palacio Guendulain" telling us that the baby bed will be ready for us! In addition, our room was big, very clean, staff was nice, smiling and helpfull. This should be a 5* hotel.
Maybe a better choice for the breakfast.

I recently stayed at a brilliant and elegant hotel in a great location. The plush room had a very comfortable bed and a nice rain shower. The staff were extremely helpful, parking my car and looking after us well. The hotel has a great history and is like going back in time with all the modern benefits. The food at the restaurant and bar was of very good quality, and the hotel is located right in the old town, making it feel like a palace.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Central, newly renovated, confortable, and very well priced. Best hotel in spain so far. The car park is close by, drivers of large cars should be careful by turning not to scratch against the walls.

A converted Palace that has been done very well.
Difficult to drive to as in old part of Pamplona, but then as in the centre easy to get around.

Sometimes, when one reserves a 3*-4* hotel through Booked.net, one is slightly disappointed, because the photographs do not show the reality. In the case of Palacio Guendulain, nothing of the sort. It was splendid, very good food, and excellent staff. Beauthiful bathroom, very good beds and very, very clean. Ten out of ten.
